Capella has all the toys you need for a truly memorable day or weekend away – snorkel equipment, a stand-up paddleboard, kayaks, beach cricket set, hammock and our expert local crew who know these waters inside out. Capella takes up to 37 passengers on day sails and sleeps 10 overnight.
Perfect for days out, milestone birthday celebrations, family get togethers. Spend a weekend hanging out with the kids, Kayaking around the endless bays and beaches, kicking back in the hammock with a good book or simply enjoying the serenity of the setting sun over the Indian Ocean and relaxing far away from the sounds of traffic.

The perfect treat for post conference wrap-ups, or just a magical way to celebrate team achievements.
Join us for the best view of the setting sun as she falls on the Indian Ocean, with Fremantle or Rottnest Island providing the perfect backdrop. We can sail, we can swim, we can drag our boom net for a luxurious ocean spa experience. Or we can anchor up near the beach or in a bay and enjoy a yummy onboard BBQ.

FREMANTLE OR ROTTNEST PICK UP
Our vessel is the largest commercial sailing catamaran in Perth. We are surveyed to take 40 passengers including crew and sleep 10 + 3 crew overnight.
Why not spend the whole day onboard and leisurely sail around the entire island taking in the West End, Fish Hook Bay, Sea lions, fur seals dolphins, whales secluded bays, long white beaches – anchoring up in a crystal clear cove for lunch and stopping wherever takes your fancy for a swim, a snorkel or a surf? Get your team involved in hoisting the mainsails together, raising and lowering the daggerboards. Or, simply sit back i the comfort of our indoor saloon and comfortable outdoor eating areas and enjoy the ride as we sail off into the sunset.
Whale Watching
Come and watch the majestic humpback whales as they migrate down the Australian coastline each year between September and November. Capella is the perfect venue for taking out private school groups. Our salloon is equipped with a TV and makes the perfect floating classroom en-route as we journey off to see these majestic gentle giants frolic in the protected waters of Cockburn Sound.
breakfast cruises
Imagine starting the day with a sail out to Carnac or Garden Island, diving into the ocean to be greeted by swarms of fish and possibly a sea lion or two and then returning to Capella for a scrumptious breakfast. 2, 3 and 4 hour options are available and we can provide delicious breakfast catering if required.
guided snorkeling tours
Rottnest Island boasts a range of excellent snorkel sites for all weather conditions – from colonial era shipwrecks to amazing limestone sculptures and coral reefs, most of our regular sites are suitable for entry level swimmers and first time snorkellers.
We are also able to cater to any educational requirements the excursion may encompass – several of our crew have studied at university levels in fields such as Environmental Science & Education, Ecotourism and Marine Science and can help you tailor the tour to mix learning with fun. Divemasters are also available for shore-based excursions on activities such as snorkel trips or to increase the student/teacher supervision ratio.

CATERING
We have a delicious BBQ catering menu available for daytime charters. We can also arrange for a variety of seafood platters to be delivered onboard including prawns, fish kebabs, salmon on toast, crayfish and oysters. You are also welcome to BYO and our crew will assist with preparing your food on board.
BEVERAGES
As we do not have a liquor license you are most welcome to BYO drinks. Some rules do apply. We want you to have fun but unsociable behavior will not be tolerated.
