For the safety of fellow participants and our crew, we kindly ask that you try to maintain a safe and healthy distance where practicable and always practice good hygiene whilst onboard.
Please be kind and courteous to our crew and admin staff at all times. Like you, we are living and working around the virus as best we can and working much longer hours due to other colleagues (or their dependents) being in isolation or contracting COVID-19 themselves. Our commitment to providing all guests great service and memorable experiences has not diminished. Thank-you for your understanding.
What we will continue doing to help keep you safe:
As a COVID Accredited Tourism Business (Tourism Council WA) we continue to take a number of extra steps to help keep you and our crew as safe as possible, including but not limited to: additional cleaning and sanitation of surfaces throughout the day, modifications to catering to minimize cross contact between guests, hand sanitizer for use onboard, and complying with all National and State directives regarding COVID-19.
All staff have completed COVID-19 training (AHA) and meet the vaccination requirements for workers on commercial vessels.
