Rottnest Express will get you there with free return ferry tickets and bike hire so you can explore the roads less travelled. The Prize

The package prize includes:

  • A 3-hour private ‘Snorkel & Sail’ tour departing Rottnest Island at 9am, operated by Charter 1 (JEDA Charters Pty Ltd)
  • 1 nights accommodation in a Superior Family Tent for up to 5 people (incl. max 2 adults) at Discovery Rottnest Island with breakfast included (operated by Pinky’s Beach Pty Ltd)
  • Pinky’s Beach Club food voucher valued at $200
  • Return ferry transfers and 2 days bike hire, ex-Fremantle, provided by Rottnest Express for up to 5 people (incl. max 2 adults)  (operated by Journey Beyond)

Note: Blackout periods apply. Prize is redeemable for use on any Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday between 15th November 2021 and 21st April 2022, subject to availability by the sponsors. We recommend booking months in advance to secure your preferred date. Blackout periods are: December, January, public holidays.

Conditions of Entry:

  • You must be aged 18+ and a permanent resident of Western Australia.
  • Limit of 1 entry per adult
  • You must agree to the complete terms of entry, as detailed below.

Entry Terms & Conditions:

  • Participation requires you to provide your first name, last name, email address. Postcode is optional. By participating in the competition you are accepting the competition rules and privacy policies of individual prize sponsors, available for viewing via the links below.
  • You consent to receive email marketing communications from prize sponsors (Charter 1, Rottnest Express and Discovery Rottnest Island). You may opt out of this at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ button on any email received.
  • Competition opens midnight Wednesday 20th October 2021 and closes midnight Wednesday 10th November 2021. The winner will be drawn at random at 17:00 Thursday 11th November 2021 and notified by Charter 1 via email within 24 hours. All times listed are WST.
  • Winners have 72 hours from notification to confirm acceptance. Notification is taken as the time the email was sent from Charter 1’s email server. Charter 1 takes no responsibility for emails being lost, filtered or marked spam by your email provider. Once 72 hours have passed, if acceptance is not received, a new winner will be drawn. The winners name will be published on the Charter 1 website, Instagram and Facebook.
  • Prize cannot be sold, transferred or resold for commercial or monetary gain. Once a date is selected, reschedules are not permitted unless at the sole discretion of prize sponsors.
  • The prize is as listed above under “The prize” and is not for any other product. It has no purchase value and cannot be redeemed for credit. It is non-transferable.
  • For the purpose of “The Prize”, Charter 1 and Discovery Rottnest Island classify children of up to 16 years of age. Rottnest Express child ferry tickets and child bike hire are for children aged 4 – 12 years.  Additional fees may apply for ferry tickets and bike hire for children 12 – 16 years.
  • Nominees have the right to revoke their entry at any time by writing to us at info@charter1.com.au.
  • Additional information may be required at the time of booking (e.g. names, ages, phones number) for the purpose of providing you the agreed services. In this case the usual booking T&C’s and privacy policies applies, as set out by the individual companies.
  • The prize sponsors may take photos of you or any person accompanying, on the days the prize is redeemed.  This may also be used for marketing purposes by Charter 1, Discovery Rottnest Island and/or Rottnest Express. Your story may also be published on social media, blog posts, electronic mail or our website.
  • Each of the prize sponsors are independent of one another and not directly affiliated. Participants agree to release each party from any liability that arises as a result of acts by an individual party.
