5 Days - 4 nights itinerary for up to 8 guests in 4 separate cabins

Day1

• Airport pick up.
• Welcome fruit cocktail, introductions, safety issues, housekeeping.
• Sail upriver to Perth waters. See the beautiful houses of the rich and famous, the myriads of Yacht Clubs and perhaps be caught in the middle of a regatta. Dock at Barrack Jetty to visit the ‘Bell Tower’. Free for lunch at one of the cafés. Afternoon teas on board.
• Fresh Lobster dinner overlooking the Perth lights, Kings Park and South Perth.
• Sail downriver to Freshwater bay mooring site.

Day2

• Continental breakfast on board. Sail to Rottnest Island. Whale watching on the way (late October to December only).
• Free to visit Thompson Bay Settlement, see the Quokkas and lunch in one of the various venues.
• Afternoon teas on board. Sail to Catherine bay, snorkeling on magnificent coral formations off the Zodiac, sunbathe on the pristine white sands in a secluded cove only accessible by boat or just catch up with your favorite book…
• BBQ fish dinner on board.

Day3

• Breakfast on board.
• Sail to uninhabited Carnac Island home of the Australian Sea Lions, tiger snakes and a myriads of bird species. Swim, snorkel, Zodiac joy-rides around the island. King Prawns lunch on board.
• Sail to Jervoise Bay Sailing club, home of the surf-cats, meet the locals and enjoy an all Australian BBQ dinner in the open garden of the low key clubhouse.
• Night Cuppa on board, bedtime stories and jokes by the skipper.

Day4

• Breakfast on board. Sail to Garden Island, home of the “Stirling” submarine base and into the tranquil Cockburn Sound where we might be joined by one of the several pods of Dolphins that frolic in these protected waters.
• Dock at the Cruising Yacht Club for a visit to the Rockingham promenade. Free for lunch in one of the lovely restaurants or cafés on the foreshore.
• Escorted visit to Penguin Island.
• Return on board for a scrumptious four pastas night (remember the skipper is Italian).

Day5

• Breakfast on board. Sail back to Fremantle.
• Visit Fremantle Sailing Club, Challenger Harbour and the Fishing Harbour while enjoying a fine cheese and wine lunch.
• Disembark close to the Esplanade Hotel in Fremantle in the early afternoon.

Whilst wine and Champagne are free with meals, we reserve the right to limit alcohol consumption for the comfort and safety of all aboard. Capella is a No Smoking vessel, except for a small area on the sterns, for those who must smoke.
