Terms and Conditions

1- Payments:
a)- Bookings will be penciled in and confirmed only after receipt of 50% deposit.
b)- 50% balance due 10 days before departure.
c)- Late bookings may be finalized on the vessel

2– Cancellation/refunds
a) - 30 days or more from departure:70% of TOTAL cost of cruise will be refunded
b) - 30 to 10 days before departure: a 50% of TOTAL cost of cruise will be refunded;
c) - 7 days or less from departure: a 10 % of TOTAL cost of cruise will be refunded OR a 75 % credit on a future booking completed within 6 months
d) - no show or cancellation on day of cruise: NO REFUND OR CREDIT.
e) - In case of inclement weather we reserve the right to change itinerary or re-schedule the cruise at the first mutually convenient time.
