Liability Statement

Boating and water sports have many hazards and dangers.
Under the circumstances and to the extent permitted by the law, we do not accept liability in the event of damage, loss or injury to persons or property while on a charter arising from any cause whatsoever.
All passengers are hereby notified that Charter1 has inherent dangers and all guests acknowledge that they board Charter1’s vessels entirely at their own risk.
Off-the-boat activities, except transportation by us, are expressly not covered by our insurance. Should any passenger require insurance cover, they should make alternative arrangements.
